“SHAY Esthétique” is the trade name under which the clinic operates. The legal name of the company operating it and its Quebec enterprise number are not yet published on this page. They are provided on request at info@shaymedico.ca, and can be looked up in the Quebec enterprise register.
Where the site is hosted
Two different places, and the distinction matters for your personal information.
- The pages you browse are served by a server rented from Hostinger International Ltd. — server located in the United States.
- The clinic's data (files, consents, appointments, referrals) sits in a dedicated Supabase database — servers in Montreal (Canada).

Site content
The texts, layout, photographs of the clinic and its team, price grids and the name SHAY Esthétique belong to the clinic. You may quote a page by naming the source and linking to it. Reproducing the texts or photos elsewhere, altering them, or using them for another business requires our written permission.
Photographs of clients — including before/after images — are published only with a separate written consent, which the person may withdraw.
“ZO Skin Health” and the names of the products sold in our shop are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them to identify the products we distribute; that gives us no ownership of them. The same applies to the devices we use in the treatment room.
What this site is not
The treatment pages describe aesthetic services. They are there to inform you, not to make a diagnosis or replace the advice of a physician or pharmacist. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. If you have a health condition, an ongoing pregnancy, drug treatment or any doubt, speak to a healthcare professional before booking — and tell us at your consultation.
Applicable law
This site is aimed at the public in Quebec. It is governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute falls to the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
Nothing on this page removes the rights granted to you by the Consumer Protection Act.
