Do I pay when booking online?
No. Online booking locks in your time right away, no card needed. You pay at the clinic, after the treatment.
Do I choose my practitioner?
You book the clinic, and the team assigns whoever is available for your treatment. All our estheticians are trained on the same devices.
Are prices posted?
Yes, all of them, on the Prices page: every laser hair removal area, every facial, the body remodeling packages. They are per session, before taxes.
Hydrafacial® Signature see the treatment →
Does Hydrafacial hurt?
No — the treatment is generally described as comfortable and not painful.
Is there any downtime?
Generally none: you can go back to your activities right away.
How often should I get a Hydrafacial?
It depends on your skin and your goals; the rhythm is set at the consultation. A single session gives an immediate glow; for maintenance, several spaced-out sessions are often advised.
How long does the session take?
About 60 minutes. Each step of the protocol is adjusted after the consultation assessment.
Is it right for my skin?
The treatment suits most skin types, and it addresses dull complexion, dehydrated skin, congested pores and uneven texture. The consultation confirms it's right for you — and if it isn't, we'll say so.
Do the prices include taxes?
The price shown is per session, before taxes (GST 5% and QST 9.975%).
RF Microneedling · Potenza™ see the treatment →
Is it painful?
A numbing cream is applied beforehand for your comfort. The time it needs is included in the appointment, which runs about 60 minutes.
How many sessions are needed?
It depends on your goals; a plan is set during your consultation. A series of spaced sessions is usually recommended — the number is never promised in advance.
When are results visible?
Results are progressive, over several weeks. They vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
How much does it cost?
Three options, per session and before taxes: neck and décolleté $450, face $550, scars, stretch marks and laxity $650. The exact price for your area is confirmed at the consultation.
Is there any downtime?
Redness is possible for one to a few days. You're given care and sun-protection instructions to follow after the session.
Can anyone have it done?
No. A prior assessment is required to confirm the treatment is suitable and safe for you: some conditions may rule it out.
Laser hair removal · Elite iQ™ see the treatment →
How many sessions does it take?
Several spaced-out sessions are needed, because hair only responds during its growth phase. The exact number depends on your hair and the area: it's estimated at the consultation, never promised in advance.
Is it right for my skin?
The Elite iQ™ laser suits several skin types. An assessment and a patch test confirm it before the first session. Some hair colours, especially very light or white, limit how well it works — we'll tell you straight.
Does it hurt?
The sensation is brief and generally well tolerated. It varies by area: the bikini line and underarms are felt more than the legs.
Do the prices include taxes?
Prices shown are per session, before taxes (GST 5% and QST 9.975%). Several areas treated the same day can be bundled into a package, set at the consultation.
Can I shave between sessions?
Yes, you can shave any time. But put away the wax, the tweezers and the epilator for the whole course: those pull the hair out at the root, and then the laser has nothing left to target.
Do I need to avoid the sun?
Yes, before and after the session. We give you precise instructions at the first appointment, and we'll push the session back rather than treat tanned skin.
Chemical peel · TCA see the treatment →
Will my skin flake afterwards?
It can happen, and it depends on the chosen intensity. Redness and light flaking are part of the treatment rather than a mishap. We tell you what to expect before setting a date, precisely so you can pick one that works.
Are peels suitable for sensitive skin?
The intensity is adapted, and a prior assessment is required. It serves both to choose the concentration and to check the treatment suits you. If it doesn't, we'll tell you rather than sell you a session.
How many sessions does it take?
A peel is often done as a course of several sessions, for a gradual result. The number depends on your skin and your goal: it's estimated with you, never promised in advance.
Do I need to be careful with the sun?
Yes, and it's not negotiable: sun protection is essential after a peel. Precise instructions are given to you after the session, and we'd rather postpone an appointment than do it under the wrong conditions.
How long does the session take?
About 45 to 60 minutes. The session starts with a gentle cleanse and skin prep; the solution is then applied in controlled passes, and the skin is soothed and protected before you leave.
What results can I expect?
What the treatment aims for is fresher, more even skin and a refined texture, over the sessions. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed — be wary of anyone who promises otherwise.
Body remodeling · Evolve X see the treatment →
Is this a slimming treatment?
No. Evolve X targets firmness and the appearance of the silhouette, not weight loss. It isn't a slimming method and it replaces neither diet nor physical activity. If that's what you're after, we'll tell you straight rather than have you come in.
Is Evolve X invasive?
No, it's a non-invasive technology: no surgery and no incision. Targeted areas are treated comfortably, and you're given the instructions that go with the area treated.
How many sessions should I expect?
A series of sessions is typical, because the improvement happens gradually. The plan is set according to the area and your goal; once it's clear, the series can be prepaid as a 6- or 10-session package, and those sessions never expire. No result is promised: it varies from person to person.
Which body areas can Evolve X treat?
Areas showing laxity — the abdomen, arms, thighs or buttocks — are the ones most often targeted. The exact area and whether the treatment is appropriate are confirmed at the consultation.
Is there any downtime after the session?
Generally not: you can go back to your usual activities right after the session. Mild temporary effects on the treated area are still possible, but they settle quickly on their own.
How much does an Evolve X session cost?
Yes, they're posted. A session runs from $150 (arms) to $200 (thighs / legs), before taxes. In a prepaid package it comes down to $90 per session. The full area-by-area grid is higher up this page — and package sessions never expire.
Dermaplaning see the treatment →
Does the fine hair grow back thicker?
No, dermaplaning doesn't change the nature of the fine hair. It grows back as it was: the technique removes what sits on the surface, it doesn't touch the root.
Is there any downtime?
Generally none; sun protection is advised after the session.
How long does the session take?
About 30 to 45 minutes, cleansing included. It's a treatment that fits into a lunch break.
How often should I repeat it?
One-off or as regular maintenance, depending on your goals. Many clients book it before an event; others fold it into their routine. We discuss it at the consultation — nothing is sold upfront.
Is it right for my skin?
Dermaplaning suits most skin types looking for radiance. The consultation confirms it's right for you — and some skin conditions mean waiting, or choosing something else.
Can it be combined with another treatment?
Yes, it can be combined with other protocols depending on your goals. Any combination is decided at the consultation, not when you book online.
Microneedling see the treatment →
How is it different from RF microneedling (Potenza)?
Classic microneedling works at the surface; the RF version adds radiofrequency at depth. The choice is made at the consultation, based on your goals.
Does it hurt?
A soothing cream is applied; the sensation is generally well tolerated.
How long does the session take?
About 60 minutes, including the time for the soothing cream. So plan for the full hour, not just the needling itself.
How many sessions does it take?
A series of spaced-out sessions is usually advised for progressive results. The plan is set with you at the consultation, based on your skin and your goal — not sold upfront.
Will I be red afterwards?
Redness is possible for one to a few days. We give you care and sun-protection instructions to follow during that time.
Is it right for my skin?
It's for people who want to improve their skin quality without major downtime. An assessment confirms it suits you — and some skin conditions mean waiting, or choosing something else.
Photorejuvenation · Elite iQ™ see the treatment →
How many sessions does it take?
Several spaced-out sessions are usually advised, for a gradual change. The number is estimated at the consultation, based on your skin and the area — never promised in advance.
Does it hurt?
The sensation is often described as a brief warmth or a light elastic snap, and it's generally well tolerated. Settings are adjusted to your skin and your comfort throughout the session.
What kind of result can I expect?
A gradually more even and more luminous complexion. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed — we won't show you a before-and-after and promise you the same.
Do I need to avoid the sun?
Yes, before and after the session — it's a real constraint, not a formality, and in summer it takes some planning. We give you precise instructions at the first appointment. Beyond that, some conditions can rule the treatment out: the prior assessment is there to check that before you come in.
Is there any downtime?
Generally mild. Slight redness may appear and usually fades within a few hours. We tell you the precautions to take afterwards, and you'll know what to expect before booking rather than on your way out.
How is it different from a peel?
A peel works at the surface, through chemical exfoliation, and it's followed by a phase where the skin flakes. Photorejuvenation works through light, which targets colour irregularities without exfoliating. They're two different treatments, not one better than the other: the clinic offers both, and we point you to the right one based on what you want to change and how much downtime you can afford.
